It is asked that you request a porta potty at least 2 days prior to any small event that lasts only a day or two. If you are going to need one for an extended period, we ask that you contact us at least a week before the start of your event or project.
3. Will the porta potty be clean?
Yes, we clean all our portable toilets to keep our customers happy and healthy.
4. What happens if the portable toilet gets tipped over?
Do not attempt to lift the unit yourself. Contact our company and we will dispatch a driver to come lift the porta potty and clean it or replace it if need be.
5. Can I show the driver where to place the portable toilet?
Yes, you can meet the driver at the delivery site and tell them where you would like the portable toilet(s) to be placed. Let us know if you would like to meet the driver at least a few hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time.
